GEM ELECTRIC VEHICLE
GEM Electric Vehicle is available to tenants of 701 Brickell on Monday through Fridays between 11:00AM and 2:00PM. Scheduling can be made with the Parking Office via email to
701Brickell@legacyparking.com or by phone at (305) 789-6514.
 
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CAR CHARGING STATIONS
Two (2) electric vehicle car charging stations is available to tenants of 701 Brickell within the 701 Brickell Parking Garage.

 
AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE (ATM)
For your convenience, there are two ATM machines located on the first (1st) floor of the 701 Building in the low rise area and the front of the building.
 
BAY VIEWS
There is a sitting area at the back of the building with benches and lovely ocean views.
 
CAFÉ & CATERING SERVICES

Café 701 is located on the first (1st floor) of the 701 building and is open from 8:00 AM through 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday (except holidays).  In addition, the Café offers a variety of catering services including delivery to your suite.  Please contact Richard Bonomo at (305) 416-3220 for more details.
 
CAR WASH
Mall Car Wash is located on the lower level parking garage for the sole use of 701 Brickell tenants please contact (305) 968-7117.
 
CONFERENCE CENTER
The conference center has two conference rooms and is equipped for digital presentations and conference calls. The conference center is available for the sole use of 701 Brickell tenants.
 
DRY CLEANERS
701 Cleaners are located on the 1st floor retail area.  They specialize in first class cleaning services and tailoring please contact (305) 336-7336.
 
FITNESS CENTER
A fully equipped fitness center is located at the back of the 701 building, available to building tenants only.  
 
FLOWER SHOP

Brickell Avenue Flowers is located in the Retail Lobby area on the 1st floor near the restrooms please contact (305) 577-3330.
 
SUNDRIES SHOP
Another amenity for the tenants is a sundries shop located in the Retail Lobby area on the 1st floor where you can purchase items you may need during your work week please contact (786) 452-0152.
 
HAIR SALON & SPA
Salon 701 is located in the Retail Lobby area on the 1st floor near the Café please call (305) 375-9404.
 
PARKING GARAGE
A parking garage in the 701 building is available for the sole use of 701 Brickell tenants at a monthly rental.  The parking garage has a limited number of spaces that are allocated according to tenant leases.  Spaces are also available for visitors.
