Building Hours
Normal building hours for 701 Brickell are as follows:
7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Monday thru Friday)
7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Saturday)
The 701 Brickell building will be officially closed on the following holidays:
New Year's Day Labor Day
Memorial Day Thanksgiving Day
Independence Day Christmas Day
Should you require any routine cleaning, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or other services on these days, arrangements should be made with the Management Office at (305) 423-4701. Depending on the terms of your lease, there may be an additional charge for service outside of the normal Building Hours. We will be glad to provide you with an estimate for any of the above services.
